3 families displaced due to apartment fire
MILL CREEK -- Three families were displaced after an early morning fire Thursday in an apartment complex in Mill Creek.
Firefighters said the fire broke out shortly after 2 a.m. in a complex near Mill Creek Boulevard and the Bothell Everett Highway. Three apartments in the building were affected, but everyone was able to make it out safely before firefighters arrived.
Firefighters are investigating what started the fire.
The affected families are being assisted by the American Red Cross.
