WSP seeks witnesses after car shot at on I-5 in Seattle

Washington State Patrol troopers are seeking witnesses after a car was shot at on Interstate 5 near Boeing Field on Monday morning.

The incident occurred around 6:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes.

What we know:

According to troopers, the victim called 911 to report that they were traveling along Boeing Field when another car sped past them in the HOV lane and fired at their vehicle.

The driver’s side window and middle passenger window were struck.

The victim, who was driving a 2013 Chrysler Town & Country van with a roof rack, reported damage to the vehicle but no injuries.

Troopers said the victim was unable to provide a description of the suspects or their vehicle.
