LOS ANGELES, California --  Former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer is known for his sometimes awkward, over-the-top excitement.

Now that he's the new owner of the LA Clippers he has a whole host of new opportunities to get awkwardly excited.

Case and point, Ballmer dancing to Fergie recently courtside at the Staple Center.
