Authorities identify 2 bodies found in Maple Valley, investigating as homicide

King County deputies have identified two bodies found in Maple Valley last week.

According to the sheriff’s office, the bodies were found in bushes under trash and debris near the intersection of SE 252nd St and 238th Ave SE before 2 p.m. Thursday.

On Monday, authorities identified the bodies as those of 57-year-old Robert Leroy Frederick Riley of Maple Valley, and 34-year-old Ashley Nicole Williams.

Both were killed by gunshot wounds to the chest, and have been ruled as homicides.

Deputies said they are asking for the community's help in finding those who are responsible.
