BONNEY LAKE, Wash. - A teen was arrested in Bonney Lake after allegedly pointing a laser and shooting at police officers with a BB gun, according to new court documents.
The teen allegedly worked at the Jack in the Box along State Route 410 East. Officers were parked across the restaurant on January 5 around 10:10 p.m.
One officer said she noticed a green laser being pointed in her eye, and saw the rear door of the Jack in the Box close soon after.
Officers then entered the store to confront the laser-pointing suspect. According to court documents, the suspect, an 18-year-old, showed the officers a piece of paper and said something to the effect of "you can contact my lawyer."
The teen refused to acknowledge the officers, and after they left, he allegedly continued to point the green laser at officers.
