FBI releases pics of 'unique clothing' possibly worn by missing Bellevue boys

Sage and Isaac Cook and their mother, Faye Ku.

SEATTLE -- In the hope of getting a tip from the public, the FBI on Thursday released photos of what it called "unique clothing" that it said may be worn by missing Bellevue brothers Sage and Isaac Cook.

The two boys were allegedly abducted in August by their mother, who does not have custody.

The FBI said Sage, 15, and Isaac, 9, packed these "unique" items when they traveled to Los Angeles on Aug. 28 -- the last time they were seen. The FBI said:

Sage and Isaac Cook's father put the boys on a plane to Los Angeles after receiving what he thought was a court order for a supervised visit with their mother. Authorities believe the boys' mother, Faye Ku, forged the order.

When officers searched Ku's apartment in Lakewood, California, they discovered it had been abandoned. Investigators say that in 2013, the boys' mother was stopped at Sea-Tac Airport as she tried to board a plane to Taiwan with the children.

The boys' family is offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to their safe return. The family set up a Facebook page with more information here.

Sage is 5-foot-6, 109 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Isaac is 4-foot-6, 64 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Faye Ku, 41, is 5-foot-3, 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
