Feel like a taco? Have one for free on National Taco Day
RENTON - Today is National Taco Day, and what better way to celebrate than by grabbing a free taco? Taco Time Northwest is offering a free Crisp Beef Taco to each guest in honor of the national food holiday.
Guests can visit any of the 74 restaurants in the Puget Sound region to receive their free taco. No purchase is necessary, but there is only one free order per customer.
In 2012, Americans ate 4.5 billion tacos - that equates to about 490,000 miles of tacos, which could reach to the moon and back. So, Taco Time, which is a local family-run business based in Renton, decided to celebrate this favorite food by sharing their own beef taco for free.
Most Taco Time restaurants open at 10 a.m., but be sure to call ahead to find out when your local store is open.
