Former Auburn cop pleads guilty to groping woman

KENT -- Former Auburn police officer John Michael Clemmons pleaded guilty Monday to a fourth-degree assault charge for assaulting a young woman in her driveway after a traffic stop in January.

The guilty plea comes after the woman accused Clemmons of groping her.

Clemmons officially resigned from Auburn police department earlier this year.
