Hit-and-run driver leaves teen in critical condition

SEATTLE --  A 15-year old boy is fighting for his life at Harborview Medical Center, after a driver crashed into him, then just kept on going.  It happened Friday night around 8:00 p.m. on Martin Luther King Junior Way and South Walden.

The boy and his brother were crossing the street when the car slammed into him, leaving him with a life-threatening head injury.  The car is described as a dark gray, newer-model Honda. Seattle Police officials say it may be missing its driver's-side door mirror and probably has a broken headlight housing.

Anyone with information about the car or the driver is asked to call 911.  All tips are welcome, even anonymous tips.
