Inslee signs executive order aimed at reducing prisoner recidivism (VIDEO)
SEATTLE -- Gov. Jay Inslee signed an executive order Tuesday that he says will allow people getting out of prison to get back on their feet.
"We don't want a revolving door out of our prisons, of people going out and coming back in. We want a door to employment, so that they get jobs, stay on the straight and narrow and become productive citizens," Inslee said.
