Man arrested for fatal park shooting, Seattle's 2nd homicide of 2025
SEATTLE - Seattle police identified and arrested the suspect of a fatal shooting in the Ballard neighborhood last Sunday.
Officers, detectives and SWAT team members arrested a 20-year-old man for investigation of robbery and murder on Tuesday afternoon. He was identified as the suspect of a shooting at Ballard's Baker Park, which left a man dead Sunday morning.
A firearm and other evidence was recovered during the arrest, police say.
