Man fatally stabbed at Jack in the Box in U District
SEATTLE -- A man in his early 20s died after being stabbed in the parking lot of a Jack in the Box restaurant in Seattle's University District, police spokesman Jeff Kappel said.
Just before 11 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to a disturbance in the 4700 block of University Way NE.
When officers arrived, they found a man had been stabbed in the torso, Kappel said.
Fire Department medics transported the victim to Harborview Medical Center, where he died.
The only suspect description available at this time is a tall, thin black male, Kappel said.
Police said the events leading up to the stabbing are unknown and under active investigation.
