Northwest rain returns
It's back to normal for the Pacific Northwest. This morning is foggy with some frost in places. This afternoon, rain arrives and it'll be warm enough that it'll be all rain. Highs today will be in the low 40s. Tomorrow, showers taper off and we'll top out at the normal high for this time of the year -- 46. Saturday starts out dry, but by the afternoon/evening rain returns, mid 40s. Sunday looks showery and breezy. Monday & Tuesday could be dry, but mid-week next week we'll get more rain.
