Police searching for 'Buccaneer Bandit' bank robber
KENT, Wash. -- Kent police detectives are hoping the public can help identify a man wanted for a Kent bank robbery.
According to police, the suspect, known as the 'Buccaneer Bandit' entered a Key Bank at 20520 108 Avenue SE on Tuesday, Feb. 12. The man, wearing a bandanna around his head, approached a bank teller with a note demanding cash. The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of money and then fled the bank on foot.
The suspect is described as an "unkempt" white or light-skinned black male, in his mid-30s and about 6'3" with a medium build by Kent police. He may have had possible face tattoos and tattoos on his hands.
