Rainy, breezy weather this week
SEATTLE -- The rain heads in. Tuesday through the First half of Saturday, there will be passing showers, gusts around 30 mph and mountain snow.
This is not a severe pattern, but, considering how dry it has been latel,y it will be wet and unsettled. The mountain start to pick up a few inches each day and that is great news for the ski areas. The snow level through Saturday will be around 3,500 feet. This could be enough to open Alpental.
The lows will be near 40 and the highs will be near 46 -- mild.
I’m not expecting any more icy mornings this week.
Seahawks Saturday looks wet and gusty for the first half of the day -- but the game should be mostly dry and breezy with a kickoff temperature of 45 degrees.
