SeaTac man arrested in his sister's stabbing death

SEATTLE -- A 21-year-old man was arrested Tuesday in connection with the stabbing death of his 24-year-old sister at a SeaTac apartment on Monday, the King County Sheriff’s Office said.

While the man was arrested for investigation of murder, he will remain at Harborview Medical Center while he is being treated for multiple injuries before he is jailed.

At about 10:40 a.m. Monday, SeaTac police and King County sheriff’s deputies responded to the Skyview apartments in the 3200 block of South 180th after the 21-year-old man called 911 and told police that his sister was “dead and they had stabbed her.”  He said he had also been stabbed.

When police arrived, they found the man bloody with multiple injuries and found his sister dead inside the apartment.  Both appeared to have been stabbed numerous times, the sheriff's office said.

Detectives do not believe there are any other suspects, the sheriff's office said.
