Seattle police chase down suspected drug dealer, seize fentanyl and knife

SEATTLE - Police chased down and arrested a suspected drug dealer in downtown Seattle on Wednesday night.
According to authorities, around 8:45 p.m., officers saw a man appear to conduct a drug deal downtown. The officers approached and the suspect ran.
Police chased after the 21-year-old man, and he allegedly threw his drugs while he tried to escape.
Eventually, officers caught up with him and arrested him at Third Ave and Pike St.
Police seized 25g of fentanyl powder, $421.75 in cash and a folding knife.
Police booked the man into King County Jail for possession of synthetic narcotics and obstruction.
