SEATTLE -- Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson said that while the team's 36-16 win over the Green Bay Packers was a "great win," he added that they cannot look too far ahead.

Only eight times has a team successfully defended its Super Bowl title, and no NFL franchise has won consecutive championships since the New England Patriots in the 2003 and 2004 seasons.

But Wilson also said, "We don't believe in that whole Super Bowl hangover thing."
