David Millard: Violent, wild-eyed fugitive wanted in Tri-Cities

WANTED BY DOC IN TRI-CITIES -- Cops in the Tri-Cities are trying to find this missing high-violent offender, David Millard. Department of Corrections officers say he's a raging, drug-fueled offender who's wanted for escape in Benton County.

Above is a photo of him with that scruffy beard shaved off and sporting just a mustache. Millard has a massive rap sheet, including multiple assaults and busting domestic violence protection orders. And officers say he continues to break them and terrorize his domestic violence victim. Millard is 51 years old and officers think he could be hiding somewhere in the Benton City or Tri-Cities area, or may have fled to Vancouver.
