‘Elephant Man Bandit’: Accused serial bank robber uses a creepy disguise

WANTED IN KING COUNTY --  It's the infamous "Elephant Man" mask from the movie that has the FBI dubbing this wanted bank robber "The Elephant Man bandit". The FBI's Seattle Safe Streets Task Force said it's been a busy month for this guy, who is accused of hitting three banks in north King County and wearing that creepy-looking bag over his head for all of them.
