WANTED BY U.S. MARSHALS IN TRI-CITIES -- U.S. Marshals in the Tri-Cities are on the hunt for missing “High-Violent” gang member, Victor Morfin-Valencia. His street name is "Tito.” He has six felony warrants for his arrest in Benton and Franklin counties, and is breaking probation on a meth bust. He has a tattoo with his last name, a cross, and praying hands on his left shoulder and a woman below it on his forearm.

He has more than a dozen convictions include domestic violence assault, theft, car prowling, obstructing law enforcement, and multiple gun crimes.
