Victor Pantet: Domestic violence offender now accused of rage attack on girlfriend
WANTED IN SEATTLE -- Cops say this week’s top fugitive has his ex-girlfriend ‘scared to death.’ Victor Pantet is wanted in Seattle for domestic violence assault and intimidating. Officers say Pantet's girlfriend was sleeping on the couch when he came home from work and woke her up. He hit her in the head, knocking her to the ground when she told him he had gotten her a brand of cigarettes she didn't smoke. Then, detectives say he put one hand around her neck and the other over her nose and mouth until she passed out. Detectives say the fighting was so loud that people walking their dog could hear it, and called 911. From a cops perspective, this is the most dangerous type of subject we deal with,” says Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. “We have a victim that's terrified. She's afraid to tell her friends.
