SEATAC -- For the fourth time in less than a month, a flasher exposed himself to young children near an elementary school in the Seattle area.

According to officials with the Highline School District, a man flashed students around 8:10 a.m. Monday at the McMicken Elementary School located near the intersection of 33rd Avenue and 168th Street in SeaTac.

The man was three blocks from the school, officials said, when a parent spotted him exposing himself. Police said the man was in his car with the doors open, facing the school. The man drove away before police could be called.

In a letter sent to McMicken families, the man was described as about 50 years old with gray hair. He was driving an older model, two-door white Toyota. The front license plate was covered with paper.

It is unknown if this is the same flasher who exposed himself last week to students playing at a West Seattle elementary school. However, the suspects were driving different cars and have different physical descriptions.

Officials encouraged McMicken families to talk to their kids about what to do if they are approached by a stranger. School was in session Tuesday with an increased security presence.

"If your child is approached by a stranger, encourage him or her to run and report the incident to an adult immediately," officials said in the letter. "If at all possible, have your child walk to and from school with a buddy.

Anyone with information on the flasher is asked to call 911.
