SEATTLE -- A well-known Seattle modelist who devoted his life to very small, delicate and accurate models of national parks and area buildings died last month.

According to the Seattle Times, Rauda created more than 8,000 models during his lifetime, growing a business from a small, local company into something of a nationally known enterprise.
