Arrest made after man shot, killed in Seattle's Central District
SEATTLE - One man was killed in a shooting early Saturday morning in Seattle's Central District.
Timeline:
Just before 4:30 a.m. on Feb. 1, police in Seattle say officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 1200 block of East Spruce Street to find an unconscious man suffering from gunshot wounds.
SPD says despite all life-saving measures, the man was pronounced dead at Harborview Medical Center.
On Sunday, Seattle police said they arrested a 30-year-old man in connection with the deadly shooting.
He was booked into the King County Jail on suspicion of of murder.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting also remain under investigation with the Homicide and Crime Scene Investigation Unit.
