One person injured, one in custody after shooting in downtown Seattle

SEATTLE - One person is in custody after a shooting in downtown Seattle. 

Details are scarce, but police said officers responded to a shooting at the corner of 4th and Pine around 1:30 p.m. 

The victim was shot in both legs and taken to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition. 

A suspect was arrested nearby. 

Police believe the motive could have been a drug deal.
