Police investigate 'suspicious' death in Kent

KENT, Wash. - Kent police are investigating a suspicious death after a man died from his injuries Tuesday afternoon.  

Officers and medics responded to a report of an unconscious 54-year-old man at a homeless encampment near Southeast 256th Street before 12:30 p.m.

The man later died from his injuries. 

Police said the man died of "suspicious circumstances."

The investigation remains ongoing.
