Police arrested seven people in Seattle last week during a widespread narcotics operation.

According to the Seattle Police Department (SPD), on Friday, Jan. 3, officers arrested five individuals near the intersection of 12th Avenue South and South Jackson Street in the Chinatown-International District, and two others in the Belltown neighborhood.

Authorities say officers seized more than 265 grams of narcotics, including meth, fentanyl, and cocaine. In addition to the drugs, $680 in cash and two knives were also confiscated.

The SPD says the seven suspects were booked into the King County Jail on suspicion of narcotics-related charges.
