If passed, critics say Senate Bill 5945 would put criminals' rights over victims' rights. Plus, another proposed bill would make it easier for the state to remove kids from homes of parents addicted to deadly drugs like Fentanyl. Representative Travis Couture (R) says House Bill 1092 is meant to fix the unintended consequences of Washington's Keeping Families Together Act.
