We have one more day of cool showers and sunbreaks before winter weather impacts Western Washington. Most won't see a “White Christmas” this year, but many will have a “White Day After.”

Temperatures are expected to dip well below freezing next week for several days, spelling potential disaster for pipes. 

Get ready for an interesting weekend as a cold air-mass settles into the region.  Not only will temperatures take a deep dive, but there's the potential for lowland snow across the state.

Believe it or not -- Western Washington could be in for a white Christmas! We're also tracking a major plunge in temperatures starting on Monday.

As we look ahead to a potentially snowy Christmas weekend, it's a mild Wednesday in Western Washington with temperatures expected to top out close to 50 degrees. Showers are expected on and off today with breezy wind at times.

Wintry conditions can cripple drivers on I-90 heading to the mountain passes, for even the most experienced drivers.

Olympia is opening a warming center on Saturday as an advisory for hazardous weather has been declared across Thurston County.
