Ballard Bridge back open after mechanical issues

SEATTLE - The Ballard Bridge is back open after experiencing some mechanical issues earlier on Sunday.

The bridge was stuck upright as traffic piled up on both sides of the bridge.

All lanes are now back open and traffic is flowing normally.
