Body of motorcyclist who crashed off I-90 bridge recovered from Lake Washington
SEATTLE - The body of a motorcyclist who crashed off a bridge and was tossed into Lake Washington last week has been recovered.
Law enforcement and rescue crews responded to the I-90 floating bridge just before midnight on Oct. 24 for reports that a person had crashed and gone into the water.
Crews were unable to locate the motorcyclist and turned their rescue mission into a recovery mission.
The body was located five days later.
The King County Medical Examiner's Office will determine the cause of death and identify the victim.
