King County deputies investigate deadly shooting in South Seattle
Deputies are investigating a deadly shooting that happened in South Seattle on Des Moines Memorial Drive.
SEATTLE - An investigation is underway after a man was shot and killed in South Seattle Wednesday night.
Police and deputies line up along Des Moines Memorial Drive South.
What we know:
Deputies with the King County Sheriff's Office (KCSO) responded to reports of a shooting near South 96th Street and Des Moines Memorial Drive South at around 9:45 p.m.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man dead inside a white car covered in bullet holes. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim’s vehicle was left in a parking lot near the Sea Mar Museum, which also sustained damage in the shooting.

What we don't know:
Earlier this morning, authorities told FOX 13 there are no suspects in custody.
Further information is limited at this time. The KCSO will be the leading agency in the investigation.
