Make money by just using your smartphone
Well here's an idea, that might just have a touch of genius.
For those of you who check your smartphone a bazillion times a day - why not get paid for it?
Time Magazine reports that a new app called Locket pays people to rent out their phone's lock screens to advertisers.
It launched last week for Android.
You tell the app your age, gender and location.
Then it uses your phone as a billboard by feeding you relevant ads.
The company says it's trying to change the perception people have towards ads.
You get paid one cent, per swipe.
The max earning potential is set at three cents, per hour.
That's equals 72 cents, per day.
Locket works with Pay Pal to redeem your money.
