Renton Police are asking for your help to identify this robbery suspect who ran out of a Home Depot carrying stolen merchandise. Loss prevention officers followed him outside where a woman was waiting in a vehicle. The suspect kept on running as the officers tried to block her from leaving. She drove forward hitting the employee with the vehicle. Thankfully, the employee suffered only minor injuries.

Renton Police are searching for at least two suspects in connection with a string of armed carjackings. Detectives said the criminals strike at night, randomly approaching victims across the city.

That?s the highest number of DV deaths ever since the prosecutor?s office began tracking the data in 1997. The office?s Data and Analytics Unit said prosecutors have received 1,111 felony domestic violence referrals from police so far in 2023, in which 14 people have died.
