Tree falls onto Tacoma home

While flooding continues to be top of mind for many Washingtonians, strong winds toppled trees overnight, taking out power lines and even the gas meter to a Tacoma home.

Seattle weather: Winds, flooding and mountain snow

Hundreds of thousands of Washingtonians are without power as forceful winds whipped through the region into early Wednesday morning. While it'll stay gusty this afternoon, winds won't be nearly as strong as what we saw earlier today.

WSDOT: Severe weather causing road concerns in WA

Western Washington is dealing with severe weather across the region, ranging from flooded neighborhoods, blizzard warnings in the mountain passes, and strong winds bringing down trees on roadways. Joining Good Day Seattle this morning is David Rasbach with the Washington State Department of Transportation.

Seattle weather: Scattered showers by Wednesday afternoon

Showers will be more scattered by Wednesday afternoon with even a few sunbreaks. Highs will be cooler midweek through the weekend with the snow levels staying lower. We will be watching for landslide concerns and river flooding through the end of the week.
