Friday morning is looking mostly dry around the Puget Sound area with a few showers in Whatcom County, Vancouver Island and south British Columbia. The afternoon looks dry with mostly cloudy skies and warmer high temperatures.

Overnight lows will stay below average again Friday morning, but we'll trend back up above normal as we move through the weekend into next week.

If you’re looking forward to more daylight in the evenings, this will be good news. If you enjoy sleeping, not so much.

Starting Saturday evening, widespread rain will return to the lowlands with widespread snow hitting the Cascades.

Get ready for a very chilly start to Thursday with temperatures plummeting into the mid to upper 20s across the region! Make sure to allow for extra time as you head out the door.

Morning fog has mixed out and the sunshine is back for the rest of the day. Dry weather will continue through the workweek in Western Washington.

Showers and light mountain snow will return tomorrow morning. Accumulation will be low but at least it will add a little something to our totals.
