Kendrick Smith: Child predator fresh out of jail -- and already in the wind

WANTED IN PIERCE COUNTY -- Ex-con sex offender, Kendrick Smith, has been convicted of kidnapping, theft and possessing child porn. This is a child predator who’s 40 years old, and detectives say told them he has a fascination with young children -- especially girls 14 to 16 years old. He got out of the jail in Snohomish County in October, after also serving a stint in the Pierce County jail when he was busted in Tacoma with 20 videos of kids being sexually abused. “He was convicted of having child porn on his computer,” says Pierce County Det. Ed Troyer. “He agreed to register when he moved to a new location, which he hasn't, so we have no idea where he's at right now. He could be living next to a daycare, a school, babysitting kids, or on other people's computers doing the same thing. So, we're offering a reward to try and get him caught. To try and get him compliant in the system, so there are no other victims, or there are no other kids photos flying around the internet.” Here are the details on KENDRICK SMITH:
