An autopsy is scheduled to determine the cause of death of a body found in the brush Sunday afternoon at Gold Park.
Lynnwood police said the body was spotted by passersby around 4 p.m. in some brush in the park near the corner of 200th Street SW and 64th Avenue West.
While the autopsy was not complete, "This death does not appear to be suspicious at this time or the result of criminal activity. There is no further criminal investigation into this matter and there is no threat to the public," the police department said in news release Monday afternoon.
