Grandmother tied up in home invasion robbery

ROCHESTER, WA-- Thurston County sheriff's deputies are investigating a home invasion robbery reported early Sunday morning in the 15900 block of Case Road.

Two armed men forced their way into the home and tied up a grandmother, who was babysitting two children.

They were believed to have stolen several safes.

A canine unit was unable to track the suspects, who are believed to have fled in a vehicle.
