Judge Sandra Widlan sentenced Kolby Delamar to 11 years in prison followed by 3 years of supervision by the Department of Corrections. He pleaded guilty to Assault 1st Degree and Attempted Robbery 1st Degree. The sentence was lower than the 12.25 years that prosecutors asked for but is in the middle range of the sentencing guidelines as established by the state legislature.

Michael Marks, a convicted felon with 45 prior bench warrants, was arrested in the early morning of November 2nd after a high-speed pursuit near SeaTac. He was allegedly caught with meth and fentanyl following a crash and foot chase, and has been charged with DUI and attempting to elude police.
