Two more teenagers have been arrested for the killing of an 18-year-old in Tacoma's Hilltop neighborhood. The violence happened on the night of February 22nd. Messiah Washington was shot and killed inside a Tacoma Housing Authority apartment building on South L Street in Tacoma. On March 5, a 15 year old was arrested for that shooting. Then, a month later, a judge put out arrest warrants for three more teenagers.

At Seattle center, a sea of people stood strong in their convictions while chanting. Organizers told FOX 13, more than seven thousand people pre-registered to attend Saturday’s rally. “Who saves us, we save us,” the crowd chanted.
