It will be a great Thanksgiving travel week across Western Washington with cool temperatures.

High temperatures will be cooler again with highs only topping out in the mid to upper 40s.

A long dry stretch will begin on Tuesday with mostly cloudy skies expected through the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

Skies will dry out through the afternoon Tuesday with highs in the mid to upper 40s

Once we get through the scattered showers today, the region will enter into an extended period of dry and quiet weather.

Grab a warm, waterproof jacket if you’re spending time outside today or tomorrow! We’re tracking scattered lowland rain and light mountain snow.

After enjoying a few days with mild temperatures, a cooling trend will kick in on Sunday.  Cloudy skies and periods of rain during the day will cool us into the 40s.  The cooler temperatures will stick around through the Thanksgiving Holiday. 

More widespread showers will be possible on Sunday. Looking ahead to the holiday weekend, conditions will be trending drier and cooler for Thanksgiving.

Winds will be gusty along the coast by mid-morning, and will stay breezy for western Washington through the evening.
