CAPTURED: Traffic stop leads to arrest of escaped Spokane County work release inmate Douglas Farmer
FUGITIVE CAPTURED June 10, 2020 --
Convicted felon, Douglas Farmer was arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail on Wednesday.
The Spokane County Sheriff's Office says he was arrested during a traffic stop.
He was wanted for Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle and attempting to elude, after escaping from work release earlier this year.
He's being held without bail.
