Washington State Patrol is in a standoff with a barricaded suspect that attempted to flee from troopers in Lewis County on Thursday.
CHEHALIS, Wash. - All lanes of I-5 have reopened near Chehalis after a standoff between officers and a barricaded suspect ended with an arrest.

What we know:
The Washington State Patrol said the suspect led troopers on a chase through Mason and Thurston counties Thursday night. It's not exactly clear why the chase started.
The car was stopped near the junction of US-12 using spike strips. Traffic was stopped in both directions while officers negotiated with the suspect.
State troopers said Thurston County, Lewis County and Cowlitz County officers were all on scene to help.
