Possible mountain snow in Washington

Times of lowland rain and mountain snow are possible on Friday in Western Washington. Several inches of snow could pile up over the passes. Check WSDOT conditions and restrictions before you travel! This will be great for freshening up the ski slopes this weekend.

Drier weather returns Saturday afternoon. Tranquil and shower-free weather lingers into the start of next week.

You’ll notice how chilly the evenings and mornings get this week. Lows will plunge to almost the freezing mark in Seattle for next workweek.

In Central Washington, we’re forecasting cool temperatures today. Wenatchee will reach the upper 30s. Partly sunny skies are in store. You won’t have to worry about snow impacting travel in the passes today.
