Weather Forecast

Thursday will warm into the low to mid 80s for Seattle southward, and mid to upper 70s for the north sound.

Friday will feel dramatically different compared to the warmth earlier in the week, with cooler air dropping highs back into the low 60s alongside areas of rain and cloud cover.

Temperatures will warm back into the 70s across Western Washington, even some warmer spots will hit 80.

After this brief cool snap, warmer days are ahead with afternoon highs flirting with the 80s by the end of the week. The weekend will be a little cooler with a few clouds.

Afternoon temperatures will rebound and once again warm to near 80 degrees by Thursday. A brief chance of showers returns by the end of the week.

The heaviest showers move through Monday midday, but evening showers will linger.

There will also be a slight chance for isolated thunderstorms Monday into Tuesday, along with the possibility of small hail.

Marine clouds will start the day on Sunday and, much like Saturday, they will be slow to clear.  By Sunday afternoon, skies will clear, and we'll enjoy more sunbreaks before chances of rain and breezy winds ramp up on Monday. 

Memorial Day will bring a return to wetter and more unsettled conditions across western Washington, with periods of rain, scattered showers, mostly cloudy skies, breezy weather, and even the possibility of a few isolated thunderstorms.

After a beautiful stretch of sunshine this week, Western Washington’s weather pattern is beginning to shift heading into the holiday weekend.
