Seattle weather: Temps staying warm, smoke returns Thursday

A ridge of high pressure will dominate the region through this weekend bringing sunny skies, but also the return of smoke to the Puget Sound area.

Smoke moves out next two days

Blue skies and cooler temperatures are back as winds blow smoke back into central and eastern Washington.

Light showers after sunset, but no sign of a soaking

A weak cold front will clip Western Washington Monday evening brining a few isolated light showers to the area after sunset.

Isolated showers are possible late Monday and Tuesday over the Cascades. The chance for rain is pretty scant, but we'll take what we can get!

Smoke clears, winds increase, convergence zone returns

The smoke will briefly clear out tomorrow as the winds kick up out of the west. It'll be gusty allowing the convergence zone to set up too. Here is a look at your forecast:
