Damp and unsettled weather to return to Seattle for mid-December
SEATTLE - Highs this afternoon will reach the upper 40s to low 50s. Morning clouds will give way to afternoon sunshine.

Later this evening, rain will sweep into Southwest Washington, but most in Puget Sound will be dry until after midnight.
Most in Western Washington will experience dry weather on Wednesday. (FOX 13 Seattle)
Highs on Wednesday afternoon will reach the upper 40s to low 50s in Seattle. (FOX 13 Seattle)
Scattered lowland rain and mountain snow will follow on Thursday, but the impacts overall look minor.
Steadier lowland rain and mountain snow are forecast Friday night to Saturday. For the typical areas, gusts during this time could blow upwards of 30–40 mph. Stay tuned for updates on this!
Also this weekend, there might be coastal flooding — particularly along the Pacific Ocean (not necessarily for others). We’ll be watching things closely in the coming days.
