Police respond to dog attacks, shots fired, gunshot injury, burglary in First Hill apartment

Seattle police are reporting a bizarre chain of events happening at an apartment complex in First Hill Friday night. Multiple people were attacked by pit bulls, the building manager was arrested for shooting at the dogs and a woman was hit by one of his bullets. The same woman will be charged after admitting to burglarizing a unit and letting the dogs out.
